I tried this chocolate chip cookie recipe borrowed from myrecipes.com a couple weeks ago. The result was so amazing, I thought I would share it with you. =)

I followed the recipe to the T. The only change I made was to the type of sugar I used. Instead of adding 3/4 cup granulated sugar, I used brown sugar. I think this made the cookies chewy and softer to eat. I may try the recipe again with granulated sugar and see if there is a difference. I also didn’t have chocolate chips, so I substituted by slicing a bar of milk chocolate for use in baking.
Think twice before halving the ingredients in the recipe in order to make less. That’s what I did and regretted it! The result is so good you will wish you made more of them.
